The beautiful landscaping provided a relaxing atmosphere.
During my stay, the bathroom water temperature was inconsistent, which made for an uncomfortable experience. Additionally, entering our room with the old-fashioned keys was more of a hassle than charming. The lack of hot water during peak usage left us frustrated, especially on New Year's Eve when we expected better service.

The ambiance of this enchanting hacienda takes you back in time, with its fine architecture and beautifully landscaped grounds. I was especially taken by room 7, which offered amazing views and a perfect spot to unwind. The cute vibe, and the really good hiking at the nearby crater lake Cuicocha was an adventure of a lifetime!
